Watch It? Track It. publishes information and images about TV shows, movies and people, contributed by users and gathered from other sources. It doesn't host or stream the shows or movies themselves. We respect copyright and respond to valid notices of infringement.
Reporting infringement
If you believe material on the site infringes a copyright you own or represent, send a notice to Scott Zsori at scott@watchittrackit.com that includes:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
- the material you want removed, with its URL on the site;
- your name, address, phone number and email address;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn't authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you're the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Counter-notices
If material you posted was removed and you believe that was a mistake, or that you had the right to post it (for example under fair use), you can send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, the removed material and its former location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake. We may restore the material unless the person who complained takes legal action.
Repeat infringers
We close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
Knowingly misrepresenting that material infringes, or that it was removed by mistake, can make you liable for damages, including costs and legal fees.
